Introduction
Nature and scope of work
Reporting to the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will be responsible for Bank reconciliations, writing payments vouchers, receipting, preparation of receipt analysis, and any other duties assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
Bank reconciliations
ensure students receipts and receipts visa via bank payment and are received for every month.
analyze and verify student receipts visa via bank payments slips to ensure accuracy in the student individual accounts
liase with the branch cashier to ensure correctness of student' statements.

prepare and avail monthly reconcilliation reports and other related reports as may.
ensure that all relevant adjustment that arise are journalized.
petty cash management
receipting
preparation of payment vourchers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
CPA II
relevant Business Degree
Pfoficient use of ICT
Aged between 21-28 years
NB/ This is an intern position for 6 months and may later on be confirmed permanently employed for the position
